It was frustrating that the lights in the basement did not work. Being new to the area, I was referred to Jeff. He asked me to describe the issue and talked me through some ways to potentially fix it without electrician assistance in order to potentially save me money. It turned out to be a simple issue that I resolved myself. Jeff proved himself to be honest and truly cared about helping. When another electrical issue arises, Scott and I will call Jeff with confidence.

I called Jeff after failing to find any other reliable electrician. I took a chance by using a new contractor, but he came thru the next day. The work was done in a timely manner, cleaned up the work area and was reasonably priced. The most important factor was the turnaround time from when I requested the work to when it was completed. We were very pleased with his service and will continue to use him for our electrical needs.

Jeff has worked on two jobs for me. One, a complicated transfer box to connect my house circuits to a generator, and the other troubleshooting a couple of dead outlets. In both cases, Jeff displayed his meticulous style including clear labelling at the box. Pricing was reasonable particularly for the quality of the work. I just recommended Jeff to my HVAC contractor.
